Hong Kong props for Halloween dissent walk to renowned gathering zone

HONG KONG (Reuters) - Authorities in Hong Kong fixed security and supported for potential night conflicts between veiled "Halloween" expert vote based system nonconformists and extravagant dressed clubbers in a well known gathering area in the core of the city.

Nonconformists, huge numbers of whom still wear currently restricted face-covers, are wanting to walk from Victoria Park in the Causeway Bay shopping region to the Lan Kwai Fong bar and stimulation region close to Central.
